Way too thin of a mash. I accidentally miscalculated the amount of water I needed, and thus watered down the mash significantly...
Fermentation was very active for about 4 days, and the garage smelled really strongly of Belgian character
Sept. 4, 2004 -- After 1 week in bottle. There was very little carbonation present. This had a noticeable alochol flavor, and a really thick body. Not much Belgian character.
