Mash Notes
I might have had too much water, because the grain sat at about 165 for about 15 minutes. However, I could taste sugar being converted!

Fermentation Notes
Started Fermenting quickly, almost no lag time. Fermented for just over 1 week.

Tasting Notes
Tastes excellent! I bought a new racking cane, and it has a hint of Belgain yeast flavor, a slight corriander smell and overall great taste!
