Mash Notes
I only pulled about 4.5 gallons out of the mash. I added about 1 pound of DME + 1 gallon of water...

Fermentation Notes
The fermentation took off really quick, and it was so warm, that it fermented in about a week!

Tasting Notes
Strong Hop Flavor. No Dry Hops. A slight Lactobacillus induced sour flavor from questionable racking cane!Maybe above was just hop bitterness? After aging a few months, it came out really clean and good tasting!

Problem Notes
My Hydrometer was on the back of Leif's car when he drove it off...I haven't been able to get any readings!Racking cane of questionable cleaniness
