This beer severely under attenuated. My assumption is that I did not aerate enough, nor did I pitch enough yeast (only one vial of While Labs WLP001 without a starter)
|
4/23/04---This beer tastes really sweet. There is a hint of bitterness, but it tends to be overwhelmed by the sweetness.
This beer is very drinkable, and it is enjoyable
